See the image below. Any idea why the plugin still thinks there is a problem with one of the EE pages? The page/shortcode status of each is displayed as OK.

I’ve run the EE requirements check plugin, and received a “passed with warnings” result, here are the warnings, in case any of them might be related:

MySQL

Problem existed on 4.1.8 too

Hello again,

You can deactivate the requirements plugin.

Your pages also appear to be the default pages. I see that a caching plugin is running (wp super cache).

Could you try clearing the caching and setting up no-cache/exclusion rules for the Event Espresso critical pages?

Ok, I deactivated the requirements plugin and added the following URL strings to the list that forces a page not to be cached by WP Super Cache:

/events/
/registration-checkout/
/transactions/
/registration-cancelled/
/event-registration/
/thank-you/

I then cleared the cache. After dismissing the “potential issue” message, it still comes right back. Think I can safely ignore the message? Or does it mean we will have problems when we start accepting registrations?

Could you try going to each of those critical pages in WordPress pages and clicking on update to save changes?

Then try dismissing the notice once more.

If that does not help could you please create and share a temporary WordPress admin login through the following secure link:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Lorenzo,

I did that earlier today when I went through and disabled the Sharebar on each of them.

I just submitted the login info. Thanks for taking a look.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I’ve received your temporary login. Let’s continue working privately there to resolve this issue.

Thanks

Lorenzo
