I’d like to remove First Name and Last name as required fields and only have Email be required. I looked in the admin menu for required fields and there is not a “No” requirement option. Is there anywhere to change this?
The FIrst Name, Last Name and Email Address are system fields. If you don’t collect that info from the attendee Event Espresso will not work as expected. We use this information throughout the system, so it’s a good idea to collect it all. You could remove them from the Personal Information group or hack the core, but that’s not recommended or supported.
That’s what I figured and explained to the client but they wanted only email. Thanks!
