I just renewed my plugin support license today but the plugin will still not update – it says I need to purchase a support plan – which is not correct.

My apologies for the mix up here, I can’t see any issues on your account but I’ve asked the sales team to double check.
In the meantime I’ve reset your license key just incase. You’ll receive an email on how to re-assign the key but in short in Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the key from the site license field (cut) and save with an empty field.
Replace the key (paste) and save again.
That should reassign the key to your domain, after that does it allow the update?
First, I did not receive any emails yet about a new license key. I did get the email from your forum post. So I went into my profile page and found a new license key showing there. I deleted the old one and tried to save the new one, but I get the error below. Could you please get someone to fix this for me?
Your license key is invalid. You may need to download and install an updated version of the plugin. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com.
Apologies for the delay but this is a strange issue as there is nothing we can find on your account causing this to fail so I suspect something unexpected is happening with the request to check for updates.
Would it be possible to take a look at the site in the admin so I can capture the updated request? To do so I’ll need to install a plugin such as Log HTTP Requests and view those logs.
