Hi Event Espresso

We’ve noticed that one of our client sites using Event Espresso has very slow backend response times.

We have profiled the plugins, and EE4 is far and away the slowest. Can you please advise why this would be and what we can do to resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Russell Kirkland.

Event Espresso does a lot, and to make that happen it loads up more code than WordPress itself, so’s that’s why it’s expected to use more resources than your average WordPress plugin. This is especially the case if there are a lot of attendees and events in the database. Have you tried upgrading the server so it has more resources?
