Sorry, I don’t follow this, if a plugin is deactivated it doesn’t load so may I ask what was happening when it was deactivated? Exactly the same error? I assume you have FTP access to the site? You don’t need it right now but just incase the error is thrown again you’ll need it to de-activate the plugin, but what I would do is download the latest Event Espresso .zip file from your account page HERE Then on the site go to Dashboard -> PLugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin. Select the zip file you just downloaded, install and activate. I can test this for you if you’d like but will need both WP Admin and FTP credentials to do it, if you prefer that you can send both using this form: |

I deleted and deactivated the plugin, so the site was loading when I put in the support ticket. I followed your recommendation to download and install the latest. there was still an update, but there were no issues with it updating. site has full functionality. thank you! |
