Good Morning, We are all of sudden experiencing a conflict with the plugin, and we have not made any changes to our theme or added any new plugins. The conflict is that when we go to go to our menu in the backend of our website. We get a blank page, if we deactivate the EE plugin we are able to access like normal. The website is Esterochamber.org Please Advise, thank you.
There was a known issue with two Mega Menu plugins where the menu page would throw a fatal error, but that issue was fixed in Event Espresso 4.9.63.p. Can you update to the current version of Event Espresso 4?
May I ask what did you double check? The reason I ask is because the source of your site’s web page reports that it’s on Event Espresso version 4.9.62.p.
I am sorry , you are correct we were looking at our EE account not the actual website. WE just recieved the request to update and we updated the issue is no longer.
