We have purchased the ticket printing add on, this seems to work with a regular paper printer, however we need to integrate it with an actual ticket printer, how is this done? If we were to get a Boca style printer to print tickets for our customers how would we be able to print tickets from Event Espresso? I assume something like this is available since the image attached to the ticket printing add on shows someone with a physical ticket (not an 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of paper)

Hi Ryan,
That’s possible and it involves customizing the ticket template for printing on smaller sized paper.
The Ticketing add-on ticket’s are intended to be printed by the customer (they click the link to download the ticket, print it, then bring the ticket to the event). While it’s possible to open the tickets one-by-one in a browser window from the WP dashboard then print each one with a boca printer, it’s not an efficient process.
