Hi there,

– 1) First i’m getting a PHP warning in the invoice page please see attached screenshot.

The warning means your server is blocking the connection to pull in the image.

Can you contact your host and confirm if allow_url_fopen is enabled on your server, if not they will need to enable it on your site.

– 2) Switch to Receipt is not working or does not display any result

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Receipt.

Do you see content in the template sections or are they empty? – http://take.ms/gi1Ri

If they are empty, click the ‘Reset Templates’ button on that editor and check content is then shown.

Now retest the switch button.

– 3) Download PDF result is not optimized (sometimes corrupted file) or not presentable

It’s the same issue that is affecting #1.

Start by checking for allow_url_fopen and we can go from there.

Hi,

The reciept issue was already fix but the allow_url_fopen was not. I check the WHM and allow_url_fopen was already open but still the error display.

Are you still getting the error from getimagesize() on the Invoice page?

OK, then something is blocking the request as it shows error 403 Forbidden.

Are you running iThemes security?

If so you’ll need to disable “Enable HackRepair.com’s blacklist feature” within iThemes Security Pro.

If you’re not running any security plugins you’ll need to contact your host and have them investigate what is blocking the request.

Great, so I’m guessing it was from iThemes?
