Hello
Currently in latest version: EE4.8.31.p
We keep getting a PHP Fatal Error when trying to set the venue of an event:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function start_date_and_time() on a non-object in /nas/content/live/vivadance/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/caffeinated/admin/new/pricing/espresso_events_Pricing_Hooks.class.php on line 371

The only changes I’ve made to EE4 are in its presentation (through the theme).
Also my support key isn’t working – it’s still saying _FREE after purchase nor does it work without the _FREE suffix.

Hi Shaun,
You should use the other support license key:
https://eventespresso.com/users/eproductions#account-settings
The free key is for the free version of Event Espresso.
That error does not look familiar so I’d like to try to reproduce it.
Could you try creating a new event and enter a title and description and setting a ticket price and saving?
The event editor will then refresh. At this time, try to select a venue again and then saving changes.
