Hello –
The phone number element on the registration form is not showing up in the registration information. All of the other form questions are passed fine, even new form questions I create. But when the phone number is entered it does not show up in the email confirmation. It is simply skipped and everything below it shows.
I tried to delete and readd it but it seems there are certain form items build in like Name and email that are part of the registration system and can’t be modified or deleted and phone number is one of those items.

Hi Matt,
The phone number question is a system question and has its own shortcode, you can add either [RECIPIENT_PHONE_NUMBER] or [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_PHONE_NUMBER] to the Registration Approved message depending on what you are doing.
