Hi, my client is unable to open her phone app. When she clicks on it she gets the message “Event Espresso HD needs to be updated. This app needs to be updated by the developer to work on this version of IOS”.
I’d advise they make sure they have the correct app. The current version number of the app for EE4 is Version 2.6.5. If they have any other version they’ll need to get the latest version from the app store.
Thanks Josh. Sorry to belabour the point but I just want to be clear on what I should tell her to do. She should go to the app store and search for Event Espresso 4?

Yes. The Event Espresso 4 app is available to download from the app store. She should also delete the EE3 app to help avoid any confusion in the future.
