Im trying to remove the personal information area in a group form. I uncheck the box for it to appear, but it checks itself again when it refreshes after the save. Is there a way to not have this appear? Its not needed for the form we do. thanks.
You can’t remove the Personal Information question group from an event.
Event Espresso requires the First Name and Email Address system questions as a minimum for registrations and those questions can only be placed in the Personal Information question group. Without those 2 questions, registration would all be anonymous with no way for the registrant to receive a confirmation and no way for you (the admin) to confirm who registered.
If you don’t need that question group may I ask how you are looking to collect the registrant info?
