Hi, I have an event that multiple tickets can be bought and all personal info is required for this ticket. So if 3 tickets are bought, 3 personal info sections have to be filled out. However, there is an add-on for required books for the class that is optional. I would like to exclude the personal information at checkout for this ticket. But how? Example) Jane buys a class ticket and a material ticket. At checkout she has to fill out all of her personal information 2x. Add one of each at checkout to see what I’m talking about: Thanks! |
Hi there, Currently it is not possible to request additional information for specific tickets and not others. We have a feature request for this here: https://trello.com/c/hNQItfqT/25-questions-per-ticket That with the Price Modifier Add-on: https://trello.com/c/uJhRDmvT/104-price-modifier-add-on Would allow you to set questions on a ticket that modify the price, however it is currently not available. Another way to do this is to create 2 separate tickets, In your example these would be: Class Fee Ticket The the user can select either of those and provide the details once. |

I like the idea of the two separate tickets. Is there a way to combine the total amount of both tickets sold to equal 1 number (50)? Example- I only have 50 seats for the class. How would I set up the quantity for each ticket. Is there a way to have the tickets become unavailable after a sum of 50 tickets have been sold between the 2? |
Hi Lee, The thing to remember here is that each ticket is considered a spot for a registrant. This means that you could have over 50 tickets sold but not actually have more that 50 actual people that attend. To limit the ticket options, create a new datetime option through the event editor and then click on the gear icon which will expand to show advanced options. Towards the bottom of that datetime option will be ticket options that are currently enabled for that datetime. Ensure that only the ticket options that you want are selected there. Then set 50 for the limit on the datetime and save changes to the event — |

Yes, you set each of the ticket qty fields to 50, then set the one datetime reg limit field to 50. What will then happen is the event will sell out when any combination of ticket sales hits a total of 50. Here’s a screenshot that shows an example: |

Thank you everyone! |
