I believe there is one critical feature missing regarding the number of tickets allowed per event. You limit the number of “Available Tickets” but don’t limit the number of tickets per event. I want only 1 ticket to be purchased per event. That should then make the “Available Tickets”, where there are more than 1, to be a Radio button. I realize that you can limit the number of tickets per checkout to 1, but that does no good as I want to allow users to select multiple events (I have one event with multiple date options AND multiple “Available Tickets” per Event (ticket types). I want a user to be able to checkout with 1 ticket per event, but be able to have multiple events selected when checking out.
Just to provide more information about this type of event: this is a bike camp where a parent can register a kid for events (multiple date slots), but only 1 event/date is allowed. Each event has 4 ticket options. I, therefore, get a dropdown list for each ticket type, when only 1 ticket should be allowed. I have the add-on for “Multi Event Registration (EE 4.7.0+)” so allowing a limit of 1 ticket per event seems to be missing.
Set that to 1 and the user can only select a single ticket for that event, the ticket selector will switch to a radio button for them to set which ticket type. Then they move to the next event and add tickets, or another single ticket if that is also set to 1.
Is that not what you are looking for?
If not can you link me to the event so I can take a look? You can mark the reply private so only EE staff can view it if preferred.
