People Registering without completing payment

Hi there. I have read many different threads about this topic, but they were from the past so I was hoping something has been updated since then.

The issue I’m having is, people are filling out our online registration form, getting to the payment page, and then closing the tab. So what is happening, is we are still getting their information, and that person “thinks” they are registered but they’re not. I’m aware that I can make it so their registration is “incomplete” but I don’t want to do that. I ONLY want their information, if they fully registered and paid.

They’re registering online and paying for a service, so it just does not make any sense that I am receiving their information without payment.

Does Event Espresso allow an option where I will not receive their information until they have paid?

No it doesn’t because the system allows for paying later.
