We have registrations saying PENDING when they actual go through. This site uses Paypal in EE. Says “Paid…via PayPal Express”
From customer: “registrations are showing pending payment when payment has been made”

Is this happening for every registration using PayPal Express or random ones?
If you check the error_logs for the site can you see any errors from Event Espresso?

Just to note we work on threads based on reply date, so ‘bumping’ threads will actually have the opposite effect than intended and push your thread to the back of the queue.

If you check the PHP error logs for the site can you see any errors from Event Espresso? Specifically you’ll look for errors around the time of the pending payment transactions.
