Greetings,

So, an incomplete registration is someone who choose a ticket, clicked register, then filled the form, once paypal showed up he left the site or went back and did not complete the payment

Pending approval, someone who choose a ticket, clicked register, then filled the form, then what happened?

also, does incomplete registration counts for the tickets limit? hope not!

and, does pending approval count for the tickets limit?

one last thing, when i export the file for the registrations, all the info are compiled in one column. one column for each registrar and its all stored in “A” coloumn at excel which is confusing

keep in mind that am only activating one method of payment “Paypal standard” i deactivated “Invoice”

I’m sorry, i made a mistake, exchange all “Pending approval” in the post to “pending payment” to better understand what i mean

There are ‘Regsitration’ (Reg) and ‘Transaction’ (Txn) status.

Pending Payment is a Reg status, those registrations do not count towards the datetime or ticket limits, only registrations with a stauts of Approved apply to those limits.

Pending Payment Regs are registrations that have completed both the registration and payment steps (for example if they selected Invoice for a payemnt method) and still have monies owing after completing all steps.

the thing is the only option they have is “Paypal standard” and the ticket they bought should complete the payment and consider them approved. but when i go in to the transaction details it states that the amount paid is ZERO! while they claim that they made the payment!

am not sure what is happening i really need your prompt response

as for the excel sheet, i will provide you with a link in few mints in the next post. but the above is more important

Could you monitor registrations and let us know if it continues now that those issues have been resolved?
