We have been advised that our descriptions might be the cause for the error that comes up when clicking on PDF Receipt from the order confirmation page. Error screenshot: http://www.dropbox.com/s/est49u9txck568e/Screenshot%202015-08-18%2006.50.09.png?dl=0 While attempting to modify the description under messages > receipt (html), I deleted the description line under > ticket list then realized each section covers the description. I didn’t take notice to the line of code so I entered this “<th class=”number-column item_c”>Description</th>” not sure that is correct. I need 2 things: 1. Please fix the PDF receipt so it works properly without errors without requiring us to change our copy. And 2. If at all possible, we bought LearnDash to giveaway the course with a purchased ticket. When we associate the ticket with the course many errors come up (added below) but the user never gets any access notifications. We added a link to the course manually on the “thank you” page and on the receipt but this requires that we make the course public which we don’t want to do. Hi Cynthia, I’m sorry for the delay on this, somehow your post slipped through and we haven’t received any log in details for your site to start working on this. Could you please use this form here: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ As soon as we receive login details I’ll get onto this. The LearnDash Add-on may need to be updated by LearnDash to make the Add-on compatible with the latest version of Event Espresso. I’ll see what I find once logged into the site. |

Thank you for fixing the PDF error. No issues now. And thanks so much for helping with the LearnDash issue. I also deactivated the w3 cashing plugin. Seem so be more of a problem than anything. Question, no rush on this, is there an update on the licensing issue? It’s related to the other ticket. I’m going to post there too…that makes more sense. 🙂 Thanks again for your help. |
