Hi there,
I’m using Event Espresso plugin on my site but after completed purchase when I go to download purchase receipt then it’s not working for me..

Can you help me on that how I can fix this?

Hi there,
Looks like you have edited the Receipt template from what ships by default.
The error message posted usually means there is invalid HTML within the template, DOMPDF is much more strict on what it accepts than your browser is, so invalid HTML can cause the PDF’s to fail.
What change have you made to the template?

Updating Event Espresso does not alter your message templates.
Have you edited the Reciept template?
