I noticed there is a glitch in the PDF printing feature. When I click on “View Transaction Invoice.” the invoice looks fine but, when I click either “Download PDF” or “Switch to Invoice”, I get an unformatted mess that is no good for us since you can’t really understand the invoice.
I tested this in both IE and Chrome, rebooted twice, and also checked other training registrations, and it’s still happening consistently.
We have several trainings coming up so this is an important feature… Can you please have a look? Thanks!
The PDF feature has some requirements for your web server to allow the PDFs to generate correctly. You can contact your host and ask them if the web server can meet these requirements (all required by the domPDF script that generates the PDF) :
