I need help here….when user download the pdf format for invoice and receipt there is no logo and the layout is different from the html. I am using EE4

Hi,

Event Espresso uses the DOMPDF library to generate the PDF. The library requires that allow_url_fopen is enabled on your server. Can you check with your host and confirm if that is enabled?
If not they will need to enable it on your site for the PDF to include images and CSS layouts.
