Hi there! When someone pays by paypal, will the paypal ID show up somewhere in the registrants list? Also, is it possible to export the registrants list (not the contact list) that contains the paypal or transaction ID? Thanks!

Hi,

Yes the Transaction ID will be logged against the attendee data and it is also exported to spreadsheet along with the rest of the information.

Hi Dean,

I am trying to export the registrants list and it is not exporting the Paypal transaction ID. How do I do that? Thank you!

Hi,

I should have been much clearer, and for that I am really very sorry.

EE3 tracks over the data and the information (transaction ID) is exportable.

EE4 also tracks the transaction ID over, but unfortunately at this moment in time attendee exports are limited to the Contact List which does not contain that information.

I will refer this over to the sales dept.

Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion. If you will fill in the Login/Account problems contact form here, I will send you a discount code for the amount you paid for EE4 to put toward the purchase of an EE3 license.

Hi Jonathan 🙂 Thanks for your offer, but ticket sales must go on sale tomorrow and there’s no time to implement a new plugin. I will have our developers work on solving the problem ourselves – is there anyone I could be put in contact with in case there is a question?
