We seem to have a problem all of a sudden with ticket purchases where the payment has been successfully received from PayPal (and we’ve received notification of the successful payment from PayPal) however it doesnt seem to be registering with event espresso and those tickets are still listed as incomplete.
Can you help us to work out what may be happening as none of the event espresso settings have changed.
Just let us know if you do have further problems and we can investigate further.
