It seems like there are a lot of topics on this issue but I haven’t been able to find one that helps me fix it. When I test registering for an event with PayPay everything seems to work, the payment is processed to paypal and I get a notification that the payment went through to PayPal but when I’m returned to my site it says payment incomplete. |

No, in fact I can look up my IPN history in pay pal and all my tests show as Status: Sent. I’m not running any security related plugins. I’ve run a System Status report to show you all my plugins. Could it be the last thing on the list regarding fockopen/cURL. What should that say? <code>

You’re correct, cURL needs to be enabled on the server, which your host may be able to enable if you contact them. Along with that, it would be best to migrate the site onto an Apache server. You will likely run into other issues since the server software is running an older version of Microsoft-IIS/6.0. Event Espresso is developed for and tested on Apache and nginx servers and we recommend not using Microsoft servers on our requirements page: |

Hi SafeLife, If appears you are attempting to use Paypal Payments Pro using an account which has been setup for Paypal Standard. Are you using Paypal Sandbox? |
