I’m using PayPal Standard for payment (not sandbox – live), and when I finalize registration for an event, it goes to PayPal, but never loads any page. The browser window is just blank and the user is stuck there. I tried sandbox mode and it did load properly, and all I have done is turn the sandbox off, and PayPal will not load. |
Can you verify that you have the correct paypal address in the Event Espresso > Payment Methods > PayPal Standard Settings field? |

Yes I double-checked the email address and it is correct. It appears to go to the PayPal site, but it just gets stuck on a blank page. Here is the URL that it tries to go to: |
The above link works for me. You can try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (or if open a private/incognito window) and try again. If clearing cookies does not help, you can contact PayPal for support. |
