When my user goes to PayPal Standard payment screen they are not offered the option to pay without PayPal account.
I do have a PayPal Business account.
I have a DONATE PayPal buton not connected to Event Espresso and jot works fine. The non-paypal option appears. That said, why does Event Espresso do the same?

Hi,
I believe you are referring to the guest checkout option:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/mer/WAX_landing-outside
That has to be manually turned on.
Its also only available in certain countries and can be affected by existing cookies (e.g. a customer that recently logged into their PayPal account may not see that guest option).
