Hi I dont see where I am going wrong!!! I thought this would be an easy set up so I can deleiver to my department. Can you please advise why the Ticket addon is not sending the ticket, all emails are not being sent after registration and why paypal accepts the transaction but the website does not> sorry for the rant I just thought it was as easy as possible. |
Hi Emmy, Are there any security plugins active on your site? The reason I ask is because a security plugin can have the effect of blocking the response from PayPal to your site. We can also help troubleshoot if you completely fill out the server access details on the form on this page: |

Can you try temporarily disabling the firewall for the all in one Security plugin? That may be blocking PayPal’s response. If the above does not work, we can troubleshoot further, but we’ll need FTP credentials, which you can send via the form you sent earlier on the other page. |

I have turned off the firewall as instructed and tried a transaction but all the same.FTP details submitted. Thanks |
Hi Emmy, I’m sorry the FTP credentials you sent do not work. Can you double check and resend? Along with that, can you log in to your PayPal account and double check that the Instant Payment Notification feature is activated? |

Hi Emmy, I’m afraid that it’s looking like the WP Spamshield plugin is blocking the IPN from PayPal. This has been an issue with other WP plugins that also use PayPal IPN: Can you try a payment now that the WP Spamshield plugin is deactivated? |

Good to know everything is working again Emmy. And thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will examine the issue and see if there is anything we can do our end to reduce conflicts such as this, though obviously it depends on the exact cause as to whether we can achieve anything. |
