I use attendee mover add-on to move registrations from one event (zero cost) to another event (cost $580).

Everything looks good until when the end user (or myself) clicks on the link in the receipt to make online payment, the pages work fine through until the Paypal page – it returns a message “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

And the url includes https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=XXXXXXXXXXXX&code=AMOUNT_ERROR&mfid=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I have tried using the calculate button in the transaction – didn’t help

I found a workaround although hoping to have a better solution in the future. I applied a $0.01 payment to each transaction and then the payment link to Paypal works – all be it 1 cent short of the ticket price.

Hi there,

May I ask which PayPal payment method are you using for this?
