PayPal return data not being listened to

We’re having some issues with the plugin receiving all the info back from PayPal.

I’ve gone through your troubleshooting steps and still no luck.

I’ve checked the logs at PayPal and the IPN data is being passed back to the site.

EE is getting the green checkbox, but no transaction ID, date paid, update to amount owed or amount paid.

Could you please help in any way?

Oops, said PDT in paid support request and meant IPN. Sorry.

Hi Melodie,

I’m looking over the IPN logs and the last IPN’s were logged on the 6th of September. Had anything on the server been changed on that date?
