Hi,

I am trying to get Paypal Pro setup for our site and am running into an issue creating API Credentials. I have come to a point on my paypal admin panel where they are wanting a Third Party Username to generate credentials for but I am not seeing anywhere in documentation on this being required for EE. Can you let me know if I am in the right place in Paypal and if so what is the UN?

In Paypal I am:
1) Logged into paypal.com
2) Profile -> Selling Tools -> API Access
3) I Choose Add/Edit API Permissions for third party e-com solutions
4) Says I don’t have any third party partners yet, so I click Add New Third Party
5) Next screen is then a Third Party Lookup in which I need an API username for EE

Can you assist?

Hi there,

That’s actually not the right place. You can locate your PayPal Pro API credentials by following the steps in our documentation:
