Hi Heinz, PayPal Payments Pro is available within the UK, US and Canada. This is in relation to the PayPal merchane account and not the buyers address. If you notice within the screenshot the response from PayPal is ‘The merchant country is not supported’. I’m guessing based on the registrant address you are located within Germany? If so you’ll need to use another on-site payment method than PayPal Pro. |

Payment was from Germany, yes. |
No, the payment was rejected by PayPal.
Because the user input those details which are sent to PayPal. EE will save the last 4 digits.
It is a restriction in place within PayPal, not EE. This message – http://take.ms/kg3DF Is sent directly from PayPal’s server, EE simply displays the response from PayPal (or other gateways) within that section, the message itself, is not set by ourselves. You can see further examples of this here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17629617/paypal-error-merchant-country-unsupported http://www.jotform.com/answers/39322-Paypal-Pro-Error-Merchant-Country-is-Not-Supported You can contact PayPal themselves to see if they can provide any further options although I would recommend using Stripe. |

Thank you. Client confirmed that no payment was processed through PayPal and she payed by bank transfer. |

Stripe is not an option for us, as it is US-based. |
Hi, Stripe is available in Germany and will allow you to accept card payments on your site. — |
