Hi there, PayPal Pro has been set up in previous years and it was working fine. Since our server migration, it has stopped working and I could not outline the cause. I have ensure all the credentials are correct and all logs enabled, I could not get any error log except the error message of: An invalid response was returned from the server while attempting to process your request. Please refresh the page and try again or contact support.
This error message was not that helpful tracking down the issue. Can you please advise what might have cause this.
I have since deactivated the PayPal Pro method as it confuses the users. Please let me know if you would like to run test, I will be able to turn it back on.
The new server may have an issue with maintaining session data and the option you found helps preserve the session data so it remains intact.
