Hello,
We have Paypal Payments Pro set up on our site, and recently it has been giving users an error message of:

The following errors have occurred: The payment could not br processed due to a technical issue. Please try again or contact info@connectionscounseling.com for assistance. A valid payment was not generated due to a technical issue. Please try again or contact info@connectionscounseling.com for assistance. Your payment could not be processed successfully due to a technical issue. Please try again or contact info@connectionscounseliing.com for assistance.

We have regenerated our Paypal Pro api keys and followed the troubleshooting steps outlined in your support doc here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/paypal-pro-payment-gateway/
The payments are being processed, so the error seems to be a communication issue between EE & Paypal.
Please advise.

We are also receiving a message on our back end that the amount to be charged is zero in some cases.

Hi Charles,
Can you check your site’s PHP error logs for errors that were logged at the time the transactions were made?
