PayPal Pro Country Not Supported Isse

Hi,

I’ve setup PayPal Pro as the payment option, with all of the correct information. And when completing a test transaction, I get a “Merchant Country Not Supported” message by Event Espresso when clicking the “Proceed to Finalise the Registration” button.

Can you please tell me what’s causing this.

Hi Mike,

That error message is not from Event Espresso, its from PayPal themselves.

PayPal Pro uses a website payments pro account with PayPal which is only available within the UK, US and Canada. The error message usually means your are submitting payments from outside of on of those counties.

So to confirm, are you located outside of those countries?
