Received money from paypal for clients ticket purchases. Their registrations show in registration list, but its not showing that they paid. There is no record of a paypal transaction in event expresso, though we received an email from paypal just like we normally do when someone purchases a ticket(s). This occurs with just a handful of registrants.
May I ask which version of Event Espresso is activated on your website? There will be a version number printed on the bottom of your WordPress dashboard?
If it’s a fairly recent version of Event Espresso 4, then you can switch to the PayPal Express gateway if the site is still using PayPal Standard gateway.
