Hi there EE team – Can someone look into this please? I have checked in the website back end and I can now see all the attempted transactions that failed. Please help ๐ |

Hi Drew, Do you have Debug mode set to Yes or No in Event Espresso > Payments methods > Payflow Pro ? |
Hey Josh – it’s set to No Should I change it to Yes? |
No you should not change it to Yes. Debug mode is for testing only. It might be something else that’s changing the expiry year to 2020. Are there other plugins activated on the site that have billing forms that include an expiry year field? |
Okay, great. |
I wasn’t aware that Payflow Pro was available for that long. Which gateways are activated on WooCommerce? Are there any other Event Espresso gateways that are activated, like Stripe or PayPal Pro? |
Well, ever since it became available – it seems like a number of months to me now?? I might be off with my timing though – all I know is that it was working just fine before Dec 29, which is when I had the first user report. |
Correction. I’m wrong – Looking into transaction history in more detail – prior to Dec 29 it was paypal pro not payflow pro that was working fine. I guess I’ll just switch it back to paypal pro? |
If you can switch over to PayPal Pro for the time being that would be good. The PayPal Payflow Pro gateway was made available only very recently. |
Okay, will do. Thanks Josh! |
You might also try the latest update to the PayPal Payflow Pro add-on that was released today. It includes a few improvements and fixes, one being the correct expiry date input format. |
