Hi,
I noticed that 1 of my events shows up on PayPal as an incomplete name, unlike the others. When I go to EE on WP, the registration is as it is stated on the website. I am wondering if this is something wrong with my event or something on PayPal.
Example – on my website Event ABC is shown and when the customer pays, the information on my website is accurate regarding Event ABC. However, PayPal shows this event/order details as Event A only (the name is incomplete).
