We do a lot of work with non-profits and political candidates who have fund-raising events.
We’re currently using Events-Manager Pro and will have to write a gateway for “RSVP Only” checkout to continue using it – which is why I’m contacting you. We need a solution immediately and simply cannot get the plugin done in the time available.
So, let me be really clear about what we need:
We need to be able to setup tickets like this:
Tickets:
RSVP – I will attend the event – Free
Copper Sponsorship – $250
Bronze Sponsorship – $500
…
Platinum Sponsorship – $5000
Collect Name, Address, etc.
Checkout:
Pay with Credit or Debit Card using PayPal
Mail-In a check (When they check out with this option, it would display “Make Check Payable to… and mail to ….)
RSVP Only (When they check out with this option, it would display “Thank you for your RSVP, we look forward to seeing you at the event”)
Events Manager Pro has an Offline gateway which can be used for either a Mail-In a Check OR RSVP Only, but not both at the same time.

P. S. We plan to use EE Version 4 (unless we have to use Version 3 to get the features we need).
Please specify exactly which version, license, and add-ons would be required.

Hello,
Event Espresso 4 has multiple offline payment gateways including invoice, check, and bank draft.
You could use the check option and then the invoice option for the RSVP only option.
