Paypal Issues EE4

Hi Ray,

1) This is a setting within Paypal itself.

Log into your Paypal account, go to Profile -> My Selling Tools (on the left)

Within the list you’ll find ‘Website Preferences’, click Update on that line.

You’ll see an option for ‘Paypal Account Optional’, set that to On and save.

2) I can’t see this currently on your site, it looks like the Paypal gateway is using Paypal Sandbox currently. Is this after you have logged into Paypal?

Hi – I followed your directions for #1 but I am still not seeing the option to pay using a credit card only…w/o a Paypal account. Now, the boxes to enter the credit card information is missing. I should also tell you that I have a Paypal Pro account as well, but I was hoping not to use that because I don’t think my website is PCL(?) compliant.

As for #2, I am using Paypal Sandbox more as a test but I disabled it.

I’ve just registered onto one of your events and I was given the option to pay via a debit/credit card without and account – http://take.ms/HfTtz

Is this not what you are expecting?
