When people register to our events on event espresso and pay for a ticket, event espresso is not communicating with PayPal, meaning people are not getting a confirmation of their ticket. I have been told previously that we need to update to Event Espresso 4 and then switch to PayPal Express. Can you please provide instructions on how to do this?
Looking at the site linked to your license it looks like you are already running EE4, earlier it looked like you were using an older version but have since updated to 4.10.45?
Which PayPal payment method are you using?
