It looks like your installation of Event Espresso is a few versions behind, so one thing that you can do is update to the latest version. When updating Event Espresso, please be sure to update all the add-ons too. You can compare the version numbers of the add-ons on your account page to the version numbers installed on the WP plugins page of the admin of your site.
