I have a WP Multisite network installed at http://www.lanewaylearning.com, with four active subdomains: melbourne.lanewaylearning.com; sydney.lanewaylearning.com; brisbane.lanewaylearning.com; singapore.lanewaylearning.com.

The other sites grew out of the Melbourne site and were created in its image after we moved to a Multisite Install. All the subdomains are linked by an Event Espresso install on the network, but process payments separately via Paypal. All four subdomains are linked to premium or business Paypal accounts (IDs: melbourne@lanewaylearning.com; sydney@lanewaylearning.com; brisbane@lanewaylearning.com; singapore@lanewaylearning.com).

Each of the subdomains run several events each week in the city where they are based and customers book spots using Event Espresso and pay using Paypal. Recently all of the subdomains have had problems with Instant Payment Notifications reaching Event Espresso. This has happened occasionally on the Melbourne subdomain, but has been a particular nuisance on the three newer subdomains where it has made controlling and monitoring payments very difficult.

So far, I have:

– checked all Paypal accounts are verified premium or business accounts
– checked IPN’s are turned on
– checked Event Espresso pages are not protected or private
– installed the simplified transactions template page

I have also attempted to look at the IPN log file, but I don’t really know what I am looking for. Would anyone be able to help diagnose the problem?
