When customers register for my events, they are always forced to the PayPal Page. I would like some of the events payable via Paypal and others not. Meaning, when customers register their only option is to pay at the event. I’ve been struggling with this an cannot figure out how to set this up. Please help!

We currently do not have that feature, though we have had some discussions regarding this internally. I will add your request to our internal feature request list.
Hi Garth,
For some events I want to use the PayPal gateway so users can have the option to pay online, and other events I would like to use no gateway so users can pay at the event. Is this possible?
This is possible and would require some customization work to be done to the payment page display templates. In the paid version of Event Espresso, there’s and invoice payment option. There is also an option to add custom meta fields in the event editor. For the events where you do not want to offer PayPal as an option, you could add a “no-PayPal” meta key. Then in the payment display templates, you could add a conditional to check for that key before displaying the PayPal button on the payment page.
