PayPal Express not allowing balance of payment because event is full

Hi There! We currently have an event that is full and most registrants have paid a deposit and a remaining balance invoice was sent via the payment reminder. Although, when you click on the CLICK HERE link in the invoice, you go to the payment page of the registration to select PayPal express and then finalize, and an error message comes up that the event is full. I’m not sure if this is a PayPal express situation as we’ve done this before and people were successfully able to pay their balance via the invoice even when an event was full.

Hi Erin,

It sounds like the way forward is you set any registrations that have only paid the deposit to the Pending Payment status, then also set the ticket selector to not be displayed for the full event. This way anyone that has a balance remaining will be able to pay via the link on the invoice.
