I am receiving this error when attempting to put my email in the Paypal section An error has occurred: I have already tried to change the theme to update that information but that did not work. Thank you! |
Hi Joseph, I helped another member with this issue yesterday. I thought it was caused by multiple security plugins but it turned out to be a bad URL for the buttons. This could happen if the site was migrated and the old URLs are still in use. Could you check to see if those URLs for the buttons (payment images) are valid? Thanks — |

I’m not sure if this is correct? It would go to a link that had the paypal logo? Thank you for your help! |

Hi, I ran a couple if tests on your site and didn’t come across that error. However I noticed two things: 1) The PayPal logo was not there. Is your Admin area secured with HTTPS? As the plugin is trying to find it with HTTPS but the browser is returned an error. 2) when going to PayPal the following error occurs Error Detected Now this is at PayPals end but it is either PayPal messing up or more likely a setting in either EE (PayPal settings) or in your PayPal account has not been set up right. So you may want to go through them and make sure everything is in order (e.g. correct email addresses, no white space before or after settings, etc). |

Dean, Thank you for your time. Unfortunately that error is returned to me when I try to setup our paypal account. It will now allow me to save the paypal email in the settings. Would someone be able to help me with this directly? Thank you, Joe |
Hi Joe, That link does not load as expected. Could you try this link (without HTTPS): — |
