Hi,
We are having issues with users signing up for events on mobile devices. The Two Factor or Dual Authentication process fails on mobile. All works fine on regular Mac and PC browsers.
I have not been able to find any information on fixing this issue so folks can sign up using their phones.
It appears to send a text message with a temporary security code once activated and then you should be able to enter that information along with the regular PayPal credentials on PayPal.com. What is the error that is appearing?
