Our Event won’t allow Payments.I initially turned make Paypal default off but have since turned it on and went through and tested it by Registering for an event. It worked fine. I am now receiving emails that it wont allow them to proceed to Payment and when they click this it just takes them back to the Rego form. Help Quickly.

Hi there,
Is this happening on a specific event?
I’ve run a quick test registration on your Sandy Creek event, selected PayPal and was directed to PayPal without any issue.
Are the users reporting this on mobile or desktop?

I fixed the problem. I don’t know how as I had my hosting provider update me to the latest version of PHP. I tested it and it still failed. I then wondered if the Paypal Express logo had something to do with it so I uploaded a new one (The Same) and tested it and it worked??? Got me beat but all good now.

Hmm, I’m glad it works but that’s a strange fix, I’m not sure why the logo would prevent it from working.
If you have any further issues please do let us know so we can investigate further.
