Hi, I’m on the current WordPress 3.5.1 and just manually updated EE to 3.1.31.1 and finally got all my events showing. I’m having to reset a few settings though and I’m running across three problems in the payment page/process.

1. The paypal button looks like a grey box with an arrow in the upper right and has the text “pay using” inside it. In the last version that I had working it looked like a yellow oval button that said Paypal inside. In my payment settings the “Button Image URL” is set to the default: http://www.studiosproutsantacruz.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.13.P/gateways/paypal/btn_stdCheckout2.gif

2. The other problem is if you click the other option for payment, “check” the screen expands with additional information including a link that says “click here to finalize your registration“. When you click that link you are taken to a “Thank You” page (http://www.studiosproutsantacruz.com/thank?payment_type=cash_check&id=896&r_id=159-5164cceb1824a&type=check) which has the payment options again. Essentially if you keep clicking on the check button you just keep looping. Royally confusing for a costumer. Any options to nix the payment options on the “Thank You” page?

3. At the top of the first payment overview it says “Your registration is not complete until payment is received.”. Can this be edited and where?

Help would be much appreciated. I’m gearing up for a peak registration period towards the end of this week. Updating to the current EE has been more tumultuous than expected. 🙁
