Paypal Business account and proper gateway to use

I have a Paypal Business account and using Event Espresso 4. I do have all the payment gateways, but not sure which option I need to use!
can I do on-premises paypal transactions with the Business account? if so, which gateway I need to use?

Hi,

Either PayPal Express (bundled with EE4 core) or PayPal Express Checkout with smart buttons (it’s an add-on available to download from your account page) are recommended.
