I redesigned a website and deleted the old website and database. Now I can’t even get to PayPal and Stripe to configure them. The domain is the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, with a little more research, it seems to be an issue between Event Espresso and WooCommerce. With WooCommerce enabled I can see the payment methods in Event Espresso but I cannot configure them. So, I enabled the payment methods in WooCommerce, then disabled WooCommerce and enabled the payment methods in Event Espresso. I then reenabled WooCommerce and everything seems to be working fine.
